Overseas workers
Information for invited seasonal workers and offshore enquiries.
Alpha Kiwi can review overseas worker enquiries and invite seasonal workers through approved RSE pathways where applicable. This page is intended as general information only and does not promise visa approval or job placement.
What applicants should understand
Alpha Kiwi can recruit and invite overseas seasonal workers through approved RSE pathways where applicable.
Overseas seasonal worker recruitment must still follow current New Zealand immigration and employment requirements.
Applicants may submit details for review, but that does not by itself guarantee an invitation, visa approval, or placement.
Workers must meet work-rights, document, and role-readiness requirements before placement can proceed.
Important note
An employer can support and invite workers under an approved RSE process, but Immigration New Zealand still decides visa applications. Any overseas worker process must follow current visa rules, employer approvals, and lawful employment conditions.
Typical review flow
Initial enquiry or application is received.
Work-rights, passport, visa, and suitability details are reviewed.
If an offshore seasonal pathway is relevant, the worker may be contacted for further information.
Placement only proceeds where legal, operational, and client-site requirements are met.
Before you enquire
Have your passport and identity details ready.
Be prepared to explain your horticulture, farm, or seasonal work experience.
Be honest about work-rights, visa status, and availability.
Use the application form for initial review, or contact the team if you need guidance first.
