Kiwifruit Picker

Hourly or contract rate depending on orchard programme
Work within harvest crews picking kiwifruit to orchard quality standards. The role requires steady pace, good hand-eye coordination, and attention to fruit handling so produce arrives in excellent condition.
Role requirements
Right to work in New Zealand
Comfort working on feet for long hours
Ability to reach, lift, and repeat tasks consistently
Availability for harvest shifts and weekend work when required
Previous harvest experience helpful but not essential
Key responsibilities
Pick fruit to required quality and maturity standards
Handle fruit gently to reduce damage
Work from platforms, ground level, or ladders as directed
Meet daily team targets while maintaining quality
Report damaged bins, unsafe conditions, or access issues
