Role requirements
Legal right to work in New Zealand
Ability to work outdoors in changing weather
Reliable transport to orchard sites preferred
Good attendance and willingness to follow instructions
Commitment to safe manual handling and teamwork
Key responsibilities
Assist with orchard maintenance and seasonal tasks
Carry out picking, pruning, thinning, and general field support
Handle bins, ladders, and hand tools safely
Follow supervisor direction and daily productivity targets
Maintain clean and safe working areas
